Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, Jockstraps only accepts returns or exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or store credit.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unopened condition; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been tried on or removed from its protective seal.
Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original box and affix the provided shipping label to the outside, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
